At Pure Food Norway we have a great passion for gluten-free baking and cooking. We want to make it easier to find good, nutritious and healthy gluten-free alternatives.
Gluten-free ingredients are demanding in terms of nutritional content and taste. We have therefore worked to find good natural gluten-free ingredients that result in nutritious, healthy and tasty products.
The result is a medium dark low FODMAP bread, rich in calcium and vitamin D. Baked with 30% sourdough.
Avoid waste! Store the bread in the freezer. Toast the slices directly in a toaster - tasts like freshly baked. Gives a crispy crust and moist soft core.
